IT support

IT support your team will actually use

Good IT support is judged on two things: how quickly someone gets back to work, and whether the same problem comes back next month. We measure both, and we fix causes rather than closing tickets.

How to reach us

Phone, email or a portal ticket. Whichever your staff prefer, it lands in the same queue with the same engineers. There is no separate premium line for urgent problems.

Most issues are resolved remotely on first contact. When hardware needs hands on it, we book a site visit.

What sits behind the help desk

Patching, device management, Microsoft 365 administration, backup monitoring and security tooling all run in the background. That is what keeps the ticket volume down over time.

You also get documentation of your environment, kept current, and handed over if you ever leave.

Pricing and commitment

Support is priced per user, per month, with a pay as you go option for smaller teams. Month to month terms, no lock-in contracts, and projects quoted separately so you can see what you are paying for.

Questions we get asked

What does managed IT support include?

A service desk your staff can contact by phone, email or portal, plus the background work that keeps the ticket count down: patching, device management, Microsoft 365 administration, backup monitoring and endpoint protection. Projects are quoted separately so you can see what you are paying for.

What is the difference between IT support and managed IT services?

IT support fixes problems as they happen. Managed IT services include that support plus proactive monitoring, maintenance, security management and planning, so fewer problems reach your staff in the first place.

How fast do you respond?

Critical issues get a response within an hour and are usually resolved the same day. High priority is within four hours, and standard requests are typically done within one business day.

Do you come on site?

Yes, where hardware or cabling needs hands on it. Most issues are resolved remotely on first contact, which is faster for your staff than waiting for a visit.

Are we locked into a contract?

No. Support runs month to month with onboarding and offboarding fees disclosed up front. If we are not delivering, you are free to leave with your documentation.
