Hardware

New laptops that arrive ready to work.

Buying a laptop off the shelf is the easy part. Then someone has to set it up, secure it, install the apps and chase the warranty when it fails.

We pick the right device, set it up before it arrives, deliver it anywhere in Australia, and look after it for its whole life.

What changes

What is different when we supply it.

You get the right device first time

We pick laptops, desktops and screens that suit the job and match the rest of your fleet, so there is no guesswork and no odd one out.

It arrives ready to work

Security, apps and settings are applied before it reaches the staff member. They sign in and start.

Delivered anywhere in Australia

Devices ship to your office or straight to a remote worker’s home, in any city.

Warranty claims are ours to chase

When a device fails under warranty, we log the claim with the maker and follow it until it is repaired or replaced.

Old devices are wiped and retired

We securely wipe and remove old equipment so client data does not leave the building on a second-hand laptop.

per device, from year one to year two. Year three is US$244.

Common questions

The questions we get asked the most.

Do we have to buy hardware through you?
No. You can buy your own. Buying through us means the device is set up with your security and apps before it arrives, and we handle warranty claims for you.
Do you supply Mac as well as Windows?
Yes. We supply and set up Windows PCs, Macs, monitors, docks, printers and network gear, and manage mixed fleets.
What happens with Windows 10 computers?
Windows 10 support ended on 14 October 2025. Paid extended updates for business are available for up to three years, but the price doubles each year. For most businesses, replacing or upgrading those computers is cheaper.
Can you ship to staff in other cities?
Yes. Devices are set up remotely and shipped anywhere in Australia, so a staff member in Perth or Hobart gets the same ready-to-use device as one in Brisbane.
