One number for your ISP, telco, and SaaS vendors
When the internet drops, the phones stop, or a SaaS tool throws an error, you should not be the one stuck on hold to a carrier or chasing a support ticket through someone else's portal. We do that on your behalf.
Renewals tracked, contracts reviewed, faults logged and escalated, licensing kept tidy. One point of contact for the whole stack.
What's included
Practical, day-to-day management of the vendors and carriers your business actually uses.
ISP and Telco Management
We handle your internet, voice, and mobile services. Faults logged with the carrier, escalated, and tracked through to resolution. You stop being on hold to Telstra or Optus.
SaaS and Cloud Vendors
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe, Xero, Dropbox, and the rest. Licensing reviewed, renewals managed, support tickets logged on your behalf.
Contract and Renewal Tracking
Every vendor agreement, renewal date, and notice period in one register. No more auto-renewals that nobody planned for.
Single Point of Contact
One number to call when something is broken. We work out which vendor owns the problem and chase them, so your team can keep working.
Vendor Security Reviews
We assess third-party vendors against your security and Privacy Act obligations. Useful for tender questionnaires and SMB1001 evidence.
Procurement and Negotiation
We use our existing supplier relationships to get fair pricing and terms. You see the actual quotes, not a marked-up reseller invoice.
Vendors we work with regularly
Carriers, SaaS platforms, and infrastructure vendors we already have working relationships and accounts with. If it's not on this list, we will still manage it.
Your supplier list is now part of your attack surface
The Verizon 2026 DBIR shows third-party exposure has tripled in two years and now sits behind nearly half of all breaches. Vendor management with documented onboarding, access scoping and offboarding stops a supplier compromise from becoming your incident.

Vendor management: common questions
What does vendor management actually cover?
Day-to-day management of your IT-related vendors and carriers. That includes logging faults with your ISP or telco, raising tickets with SaaS providers like Microsoft or Adobe, tracking contract renewals, reviewing licensing, and chasing vendors when something is not progressing. You get one point of contact instead of juggling six different support portals.
Do we have to move our existing contracts to Real Bytes?
No. We work with your existing contracts and accounts. We can be added as an authorised contact so we can raise tickets on your behalf, but billing stays in your name. If a contract comes up for renewal and there is a better option, we will tell you. The decision is yours.
How is this different from a reseller markup model?
We do not mark up carrier or SaaS pricing. You pay the vendor directly at their rate. Vendor management is a service we deliver as part of your managed IT agreement, or as a standalone service. The savings come from us catching unused licences, missed credits, and bad renewals, not from rebadging someone else's invoice.
Can you help with tender and insurance vendor questionnaires?
Yes. We maintain a vendor register with security posture, data residency, and Privacy Act considerations for each provider in your stack. That makes responding to tender questionnaires, cyber insurance applications, and SMB1001 attestation work much faster.
