At Real Bytes, we believe that responsible business extends beyond our own operations. The partners and suppliers we work with are a direct reflection of our values. This document sets out the minimum standards we expect of all entities in our supply chain and partner ecosystem, regardless of their size or location.
Standards We Expect
Assessment & Review
Real Bytes conducts periodic reviews of our supplier and partner ecosystem to ensure ongoing compliance with these standards. We reserve the right to request evidence of compliance, conduct audits, and terminate engagements with partners who fail to meet these expectations.
These standards are reviewed annually and updated to reflect changes in legislation, industry best practice, and our evolving ESG commitments.
Pricing Transparency & Offboarding
Where Real Bytes incurs third-party fees on behalf of a client (licences, subscriptions, telecommunications, hardware or other minimum term commitments), those costs are passed through transparently and are recoverable if a client terminates early. Suppliers are expected to disclose minimum terms, early exit fees, and any minimum charges up front so clients can make informed decisions.
Suppliers handling client data must support a clean offboarding when an engagement ends, including export of Customer Data within a reasonable Offboarding Period and secure deletion afterwards.
