Everything we run for you, and what we own when it breaks.
Managed IT services, cybersecurity services and IT support for business, in one catalogue.
Three service families, twenty nine service lines, covering everything from essential eight alignment to operational technology services. Each line has its own page, its own rate card, and its own scoping conversation. Nothing is bundled to make the headline price look better.
Start with the problem, not the product name.
Most businesses don't ring us asking for "zero trust architecture". They ring because something is slow, broken, or about to fail an audit. Here is where the common ones land.
Keep it running, keep it safe, build what's next. One team owns all three.
Day-to-day operations, security work such as essential eight alignment, and the heavier infrastructure and operational technology services. Each family is scoped and priced on its own, so taking one never commits you to the others.

The accreditations behind the catalogue.
Every credential below is verifiable on the issuing body's own registry. We carry the certification, the partner status, and the framework alignment that insurers, procurement teams, and customers actually check.
Find the service line you came for.
Twenty nine service lines across three service families. Search by what you need, or filter to a single family. Every line opens its own page with scope, approach, and an indicative rate card.
The same four steps, whichever service you take.
The catalogue is wide, but the operating method is not. Whether you take a single penetration test or a five year managed services contract, the engagement runs through the same four steps. The difference is depth, not discipline.
- 01
Scope it honestly
A short paid scoping engagement, or a free 30 minute call for smaller pieces of work. We map the environment, the constraints, and the commercial reality before quoting.
- 02
Document the design
High-level and low-level designs, written. Reviewed by the client before any procurement happens. The document is the source of truth, not a Teams chat.
- 03
Deploy from a runbook
Configuration staged off-site where possible. Cutovers run from documented runbooks with rollback positions agreed in advance. Change windows defended.
- 04
Operate and review
Handover documentation produced as part of the project, not retrofitted. Quarterly governance reviews against the documented design. Roadmap updated.
How the commercial side works.
No. Most clients start with one service family, prove the operating standard, and add the others over twelve to twenty four months. Each family is priced and scoped independently so the commercial decision is honest.
Managed services and security operations are priced per user per month or per device per month depending on the service. Infrastructure modernisation is project-based with documented assumptions. Rate cards are on the table, not in a black box. We publish indicative pricing on the /pricing page.
Managed services and security operations are typically 12 month terms with a 60 day exit clause. Infrastructure work is contracted per project. Our position is that good service should retain the client, not a lock-in clause.
We run a documented transition with the outgoing provider. Knowledge transfer, credentials handover, documentation reconstruction, and an environment audit happen in the first 30 to 60 days. The relationship is managed professionally on both sides.
Yes. Brisbane is our operations base but we run engineering for clients across all Australian states and territories, plus Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. Travel is costed transparently against the work.
No. The helpdesk is Australian, based out of Brisbane. The senior engineer who scopes the work stays on the account afterwards. There is no L1 gatekeeper between the client and the engineer who actually understands the environment.
The catalogue is the index. The engineering happens after the first call.
Thirty minutes on the phone is usually enough to work out which service fits, what the first piece of work looks like, and whether we are the right team for the relationship.
