24/7 threat monitoring and response

When someone breaks in at 2am, we shut them out before you wake up.

Most attackers today do not break in. They log in with a stolen password and use tools already on your computers, which ordinary antivirus does not flag. We watch your laptops, servers, email and Microsoft 365 accounts around the clock. When something is wrong we lock the account or cut the device off the network straight away, then call you. We own it until it is cleaned up, wherever your business is in Australia.

What changes

What happens when someone gets in

  1. 01

    Something unusual happens

A staff account signs in from overseas, or a laptop starts copying files it never touches. Software on every device and in Microsoft 365 spots it.

  2. 02

A person checks it, at any hour

A security analyst looks at the alert, day or night, weekends included. False alarms are filtered out so you only hear about real problems.

  3. 03

    We stop it straight away

If it is real, we lock the account, end the attacker’s session or cut the laptop off the network. It happens as soon as the threat is confirmed, without waiting for anyone to wake up.

  4. 04

We call you and clean up

You get a phone call explaining what happened in plain English. Our engineers remove what the attacker left behind, reset what needs resetting and get the person working again.

  5. 05

    You get the record

A written account of what happened and what we did, ready for your insurer, auditor or, if personal information was involved, a report to the Privacy Commissioner.

Why it has to be round the clock

Attackers do not keep office hours

An attacker who gets in on Friday night has the whole weekend before anyone looks. Watching only during business hours means finding out on Monday, usually after your data has gone.

Each month you get a short report showing what was caught, what we did and anything that needs a decision. The same monitoring gives you the evidence cyber insurers ask for, and supports the Essential Eight and SMB1001 work we do as a CyberCert Gold certified provider.

Talk to an engineer. We will look at what you have now, tell you plainly where the gaps are and give you a fixed price per device. Not sure what to fix first? Check your security gaps.
