Real environments.
Real engineers.
Real outcomes.
This page is a record of the work. The networks we rebuilt, the cloud migrations we landed, the security postures we tightened. Each engagement below is a real client. Each outcome is what they reported back to us when the project was done.
Every project on the books.
Not a curated highlight reel. Below is the live ledger of representative engagements across our book of business. Each row links to the underlying service capability so you can see how the work was actually delivered.
How a property management client moved from reactive firefighting to a managed environment.

Property Management Strengthens Security
The brief was simple: stop the bleeding, then make the environment fit for purpose.
A property management firm experienced frequent security threats and had to dedicate staff time to incident management. We implemented 24/7 managed security monitoring. Threats are now detected early, incident response is faster, and staff can focus on core business operations rather than firefighting security issues.
Inside the first month we built the inventory: every device, every account, every line item the client was paying for. The audit found duplicate licensing, unmonitored endpoints, and three vendor relationships that the previous provider had left orphaned. We consolidated where it made sense, replaced what was end-of-life, and documented the rest so the client could see what they actually owned.
From there the work shifted into operations. Monitoring agents on every endpoint, patching cadence agreed with the business, change control for anything touching production. The before/after isn't a marketing claim, it's what the client now sees on the monthly service report.

Education Institution Cloud Migration
School migrated to Microsoft 365 and Azure with minimal disruption. The work was scoped, delivered, and handed over with operational documentation the client team can run from day one.
What we actually run for clients.
The matrix below is the day-to-day reality of the business. Each row is a discipline we deliver in production, the sectors we deliver it to, and the scale we have built to. If a discipline is not on this list, we are honest about it and will refer you to someone who specialises.

Finance Firm Achieves Compliance Requirements
Achieved cybersecurity compliance certification through structured assessment and remediation. The work was scoped, delivered, and handed over with operational documentation the client team can run from day one.
What clients tell us when the work is done.
We do not chase reviews. The quotes below come from end-of-project debriefs and the live Google reviews further down this page. We have left the wording as it was given to us.
"Real Bytes run the entire IT department for my business. The service is nearly instant, and proactive with advice. Outstanding."
"We moved from a provider who took two days to respond to one that picks up the phone. The difference inside the team has been obvious."
"The audit alone paid for itself. They found licensing we were doubling up on and three things we did not know were exposed."
If you have read this far, you are probably weighing up whether to move providers. We will tell you straight whether we are the right fit, and we will tell you when we are not.
The first conversation is 30 minutes. We listen. We ask a handful of operational questions. We do not bring a deck, and we do not push a quote. By the end of the call you will have a clearer picture of your environment and what the next sensible move is, regardless of who delivers it.
If we proceed, you get a named technical lead, a documented engagement plan, and no lock-in until you are satisfied the fit is right. The work above is what that approach has produced over the last decade.
