Extra engineers for projects

More hands for the big job, without hiring anyone.

An office move, fifty new laptops or a new site to fit out, and your IT person is already flat out. Hiring for a few weeks of work is slow and risky.

We send experienced engineers for as long as the job takes, and stand behind the work.

What changes

The job gets done, and your team keeps working.

Extra hands when you need them

An office move, a laptop rollout, a new site fit-out. We send engineers for the days or weeks the job takes, then they go.

People who have done it before

You get engineers who do this work every week for our own clients, not someone found on a job board that morning.

No hiring paperwork

Pay, insurance, super and leave are ours to handle. You get one invoice for the hours worked.

Clear brief, clear finish

We agree what needs doing and how long it should take before anyone starts, and tell you early if that changes.

Someone accountable

If the work is not right, we fix it. You are not left chasing an individual contractor.

What happens

Priced before anyone starts.

  1. 01

    Tell us the job

What needs doing, where, when and what skills it needs.

  2. 02

    Quote

Who we will send, for how long and what it will cost, before you commit.

  3. 03

    Do the work

Engineers on site or remote, working to your brief and reporting to your contact.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Notes on what was done, and the job is signed off with you.

Who turns up

The same engineers who support our clients every day.

We do not run a contractor pool. The people we send are the engineers who look after our managed IT clients, so they know how a job should be done and documented.

See who they are on our engineers page, or read how we handle an equipment rollout.

Common questions

The questions we get asked the most.

What kind of work can you help with?
Office moves, laptop and phone rollouts, network and Wi-Fi installs, cabling, Microsoft 365 migrations and extra help desk cover when your own team is short. If it is IT work with a clear start and finish, ask us.
Do we need to be a managed IT client?
No. Many businesses use us for a single project. If you have your own IT person or another provider, we work alongside them.
Can you send someone at short notice?
Often, yes, depending on the job and location. Call us and we will tell you straight away whether we can cover it.
How is it charged?
Short jobs are charged by the hour, longer projects are quoted up front. You see the cost before anyone starts.
Do you work outside Brisbane?
Yes. We have people and partners in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Albury, and can cover other cities by arrangement.

Got a project your team cannot fit in?

Tell us what needs doing and when, and we will tell you who we can send.
