Live service status

Is it you, or is it Microsoft?

Live health for the platforms our clients rely on, from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace to Xero, MYOB, Zoom and Telstra. Sourced straight from each vendor's status page, refreshed every 5 minutes.

Check here first. If the board is green and it is still broken, we are a phone call away.

Quick checks

Before you call, try these.

Most of what feels like an outage is one of a handful of things. Pick what is happening and work down the list. If none of it helps, call us and tell us what you have already tried.

Cannot sign in to Microsoft 365

Check the Microsoft 365 tile on the board first. If it is green, the problem is usually the account, the device or the network, not Microsoft.

  • Try signing in at office.com in a private browser window
  • Check your phone for an MFA prompt you have not approved
  • Try another device or network, such as your phone on mobile data
  • If you see an account locked message, call us rather than retrying

Live status

Every platform, one board.

Services with an incident are pinned to the top. Search for a product, or pick one to see the detail and a link to the vendor's own status page.

When a service really is down

What to do while you wait.

  • Confirm it is the vendorOpen the service on the board. An active incident with your symptom means the fix is on their side.
  • Find the workaroundMost incidents hit one part: Outlook on the web often works when the desktop app does not, and Teams usually still works on a phone.
  • Tell your team onceOne message saves twenty tickets. Point people to this page so they can check for themselves.
  • Log it if it affects workWe can raise it with the vendor, check your tenant's own health and tell you if it is wider than reported.
  • Call for anything urgentIf staff cannot work, or it looks like a security problem rather than an outage, call 07 3114 2808.

Behind the board

Public status is the start. Your own systems are the rest.

This board shows what each vendor publishes about its own platform. It is a fast first check, and it is the same view our help desk starts from when calls come in.

For managed clients we go further. Our tools watch your devices, network and Microsoft 365 tenant around the clock, so we often know about a problem before you do. When a vendor outage affects you, we tell you what is happening and what to do, rather than waiting for the tickets.

If something looks like an outage but could be an attack, such as sudden sign-in failures or missing email, treat it as urgent and call us. A compromised account can look a lot like a broken one.

Questions

What people ask about service status.

Where does the status information come from?

Directly from each vendor's own public status page or status API, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero, MYOB, Zoom, Cloudflare and Telstra. We do not edit it. Pick any service to see the detail and a link to the vendor's own page.

How often does it update?

The board refreshes itself every 5 minutes while the page is open, and you can refresh it by hand at any time. It pauses when the tab is in the background, so it does not use data for nothing.

The board says everything is fine, but it is not working for us. Now what?

Vendor status pages often lag behind real problems, and some issues only hit one region or one tenant. Try the quick checks on this page, then log a ticket or call us on 07 3114 2808. If it is affecting several people, call rather than email.

Can I get told when something goes down?

Yes. Sign up for the daily status digest at the foot of the board. It arrives at 8am AEST with any active incidents called out. Managed clients also hear from us directly when an outage affects them.

Is Microsoft 365 down for everyone, or just us?

Check the Microsoft 365 tile first. If it shows an incident, the detail tells you which services are affected. If it shows operational but you have a problem, it may be specific to your tenant, your network or your device. That is when to call us, because we can see your tenant's own service health and sign-in logs.

Next step

Still broken? We will sort it.

Call the help desk or log a ticket. A Brisbane engineer will look at your systems, not just the public status page.
