Enterprise-grade UniFi for larger offices, campuses and high-density floors.

When a single site has hundreds of users, dense Wi-Fi, multiple server rooms or strict segmentation rules, the entry-level UniFi setup runs out of headroom. The Pro Max switching range, Enterprise Fortress Gateway and Wi-Fi 7 access points are built for that scale, and we design, rack and support them.

Why it matters

A flat network at scale is a security incident waiting to happen.

When hundreds of staff, guests, building systems and servers share one unsegmented network, a single compromised laptop can reach everything. Consumer-grade Wi-Fi under that load drops calls and stalls the tools people rely on.

We design the network in zones from the start, size the gateway and switching to the user count, and place Wi-Fi 7 access points where the floor plan needs them. Redundant power and Shadow Mode high availability keep the core up while a part is swapped.

Enterprise UniFi questions

Can UniFi handle a large office or campus?

Yes. The Pro Max switching and Enterprise Fortress Gateway range are built for hundreds of users per site, with 10G SFP+ uplinks, 12.5 Gbps intrusion prevention, dual hot-swap power supplies and Shadow Mode high availability. Wi-Fi 7 access points cover dense floors, and every device sits in the one UniFi app.

Is UniFi enterprise-grade or only for small business?

It is both. The same UniFi app runs a single office and a campus, but the Enterprise and Pro Max hardware is what makes it suit larger sites. Real Bytes sizes the gateway, switching and access points to your floor plan and user count, then supports it as a managed service with monitoring, updates and backups.

What you get

Built to keep a busy site running.

Rack-grade redundancy

Dual hot-swap power supplies and Shadow Mode high availability keep the core running while a failed part is replaced, with no site-wide outage.

10G uplinks and Wi-Fi 7 density

Pro Max switches with 10G SFP+ uplinks feed Wi-Fi 7 access points rated for hundreds of clients each across busy floors.

Segmentation at scale

Staff, guests, servers, building systems and VPN users sit in separate firewall zones, so a problem on one segment cannot spread to the rest.

Dual internet and failover

A second internet link or 5G takes over if the main line drops, and traffic rules keep critical sessions on the backup path.

See it in action

How it looks in the app at scale.

Network health at a glance

Internet usage, uptime, Wi-Fi connection success and access point coverage on one dashboard, with warnings when something needs attention.

Zone-based firewall

Staff, guests, servers and VPN users sit in separate zones, with clear rules for what each can reach.

See where traffic is going

Every connection is logged with its risk level, so unusual activity can be found and reviewed.

Every branch on one secure network

Branch sites link back to head office over encrypted tunnels, with backup tunnels if one fails. Enterprise-class UniFi gateways support up to 1,000 branch tunnels per hub.

Why it holds up

Hardware, support and cover behind every install.

Built not to fall over

Business-grade UniFi hardware supports backup internet links, spare power supplies and fans that can be swapped while it runs, so one failed part does not take the site down.

Ubiquiti behind our engineers

Ubiquiti offers paid 24/7 phone support plans for UniFi, so hard hardware problems can be escalated to the people who make it.

Up to five years of hardware cover

Ubiquiti's UI Care plans cover hardware for up to five years, with replacements shipped before the faulty unit goes back.

How it works

Priced before anything is installed.

  1. 01

    Survey

We walk the site, or work from floor plans, and plan where access points, cameras and readers should go.

  2. 02

    Quote

A fixed-price proposal with every device and cable run listed, before you commit.

  3. 03

    Install

Cabled, configured and tested, then handed over with a short walk-through of the app.

  4. 04

    Look after it

Alerts come to our engineers, firmware is updated on a schedule and settings are backed up. Most faults are fixed remotely, and Brisbane-based engineers attend when needed.

Common questions

The questions we get asked the most.

What is the difference between UniFi network and enterprise UniFi?
The software is the same; the hardware scales up. Enterprise UniFi uses the Pro Max switch range with 10G uplinks, the Enterprise Fortress Gateway with 12.5 Gbps intrusion prevention and Shadow Mode high availability, and Wi-Fi 7 access points for dense floors. We choose the tier that matches your user count and uptime needs.
Does enterprise UniFi support high availability?
Yes. The Enterprise Fortress Gateway runs Shadow Mode, where two gateways run in step so one takes over if the other fails. Pro Max switches offer hot-swap power supplies, so a failed supply is replaced without switching the unit off.
Can UniFi segment a large network into zones?
Yes. UniFi zone-based firewall puts staff, guests, servers, building systems and VPN users into separate zones, with rules for what each zone can reach. On a large site this keeps a problem on one segment from spreading to the rest, and supports Essential Eight segmentation requirements.
Do we need licences for an enterprise UniFi network?
No per-device licence is needed for the core network software. You buy the hardware once. Optional paid extras such as CyberSecure threat feeds, Identity Enterprise and UI Care are available, and we tell you which, if any, you need before you buy anything.
