UniFiUbiquiti

Business network and Wi-Fi that runs from one app, without yearly licences.

Most businesses end up with a firewall from one supplier, Wi-Fi from another and switches nobody has the login for. Each has its own renewal bill, and when something breaks, everyone points at someone else.

We replace it with UniFi, install it properly and look after it, at one site or twenty.

Listed in the Ubiquiti Professional Integrator directory. Part of our UniFi installation and support service.

Why it matters

Slow Wi-Fi costs time. A flat network costs more.

When staff, guests, cameras and smart devices all share one network, a single compromised device can reach everything else. Poorly placed access points add dropouts and slow calls on top.

We survey the site, place wired access points where the coverage is needed, and split the network into zones with clear rules for what each can reach.

What changes

What you notice once it is in.

One app for every site

Wi-Fi, cameras and doors at every location sit in one dashboard, so we see a problem at your Sydney office as clearly as one in Brisbane.

Sign in with your work account

Staff use their Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace login for Wi-Fi and remote access, with a second sign-in step. Leavers lose access the day their account closes.

No yearly licence fees

You buy the hardware once. The network, camera and door software carries no per-device subscription, so nothing stops working when a renewal is missed. Optional add-ons such as CyberSecure, Identity Enterprise, UI Care and Site Support are paid.

Footage stays on your premises

Recordings live on your own recorder, and only people you choose can view them. Where you use face or number plate recognition, we help you set up the privacy notices the law expects.

Updated, watched and backed up

We check firmware updates before applying them, get alerts when a device drops offline and keep a copy of your settings so a failed unit is quick to replace.

One team to call

When the Wi-Fi drops, a camera goes dark or a door will not open, you call us and we own it until it is fixed.

What you get

Business features without the licence bills.

Every site in one app

Head office and every branch appear in the same UniFi app, so we can see and fix problems at any site remotely.

A firewall that blocks attacks

The gateway can block known attacks, filter unsafe websites, and control which apps are allowed on your network.

Sign in with your work account

Staff can join Wi-Fi and VPN with their Microsoft or Google work account and a second sign-in step, so access ends when their account is closed.

A backup internet link

If your main internet drops, traffic moves to a second line or 5G automatically, and switches can use spare power supplies.

Logs you can keep

Network activity and health are logged, and can be sent to a separate log system for long-term keeping when auditors or insurers ask.

Wi-Fi 7

The latest Wi-Fi standard, with separate networks for staff, guests and devices so a guest phone can never reach your files.

See it in action

What you and your team actually see.

Network health at a glance

Internet usage, uptime, Wi-Fi connection success and access point coverage on one dashboard, with warnings when something needs attention.

The same view on your phone

Check internet speed, connected devices and traffic from the UniFi mobile app.

Every site on one screen

Site Manager shows the health of every location, its internet link and its devices, so a fault at a branch is as visible as one at head office.

Zone-based firewall

Staff, guests, servers and VPN users sit in separate zones, with clear rules for what each can reach.

Branded guest Wi-Fi

Guests sign in on a page with your logo and terms, using an access code or password, kept apart from your business network.

Secure access from anywhere

Staff connect back to the office network from their phone with one tap, using UniFi Teleport VPN.

Why it holds up

Hardware, support and cover behind every install.

Built not to fall over

Business-grade UniFi hardware supports backup internet links, spare power supplies and fans that can be swapped while it runs, so one failed part does not take the site down.

Ubiquiti behind our engineers

Ubiquiti offers paid 24/7 phone support plans for UniFi, so hard hardware problems can be escalated to the people who make it.

Up to five years of hardware cover

Ubiquiti's UI Care plans cover hardware for up to five years, with replacements shipped before the faulty unit goes back.

How it works

Priced before anything is installed.

  1. 01

    Survey

We walk the site, or work from floor plans, and plan where access points, cameras and readers should go.

  2. 02

    Quote

A fixed-price proposal with every device and cable run listed, before you commit.

  3. 03

    Install

Cabled, configured and tested, then handed over with a short walk-through of the app.

  4. 04

    Look after it

Alerts come to our engineers, firmware is updated on a schedule and settings are backed up. Most faults are fixed remotely, and Brisbane-based engineers attend when needed.

Business Wi-Fi Brisbane

Can an MSP manage my UniFi network?

Yes. As a managed service provider we look after UniFi the same way we look after the rest of your IT: alerts come to us, we apply firmware updates on a schedule, keep configuration backups and fix most faults remotely. We can also take over UniFi gear someone else installed, after a review and tidy-up.

UniFi or mesh Wi-Fi for an office?

For most offices, UniFi access points wired back to a switch are the better choice. Consumer mesh systems relay signal wirelessly between units, which costs speed as more staff connect. Wired access points give every area full speed, and UniFi manages them centrally with business security settings.

Can UniFi keep guests off our business network?

Yes. UniFi puts staff, guests, cameras and smart devices on separate networks with their own firewall rules, so a visitor's phone cannot reach your files or servers. Guests can sign in on a branded page with your logo and terms, using a password or an access code we set up for you.

Does business Wi-Fi need professional installation?

For an office, yes. Good business Wi-Fi depends on where the access points go, the cabling behind them and how the network is split for staff, guests and devices. We survey the site first, then install, configure and document it so it can be supported properly.

Common questions

The questions we get asked the most.

Is UniFi good enough for a business?
Yes. Ubiquiti's Pro and Enterprise range is built for offices, schools, warehouses and multi-site businesses, with options like dual internet links and backup power supplies. If you need something it does not do well, we will tell you and recommend another option.
What happens if a device fails?
We get an alert, confirm the fault and arrange a replacement. Ubiquiti's UI Care cover can extend hardware protection to up to five years with advance replacement, so a new unit ships before the old one goes back. We restore your saved settings and it is running again.
Can UniFi run across more than one site?
Yes. Every site appears in the same app, with the same Wi-Fi names, security rules and sign-in setup. We see a fault at a branch office as clearly as one at head office, and fix most of them remotely.
