Head office and every branch, managed as one network.

Each site runs its own UniFi gateway, and every site appears in UniFi Site Manager. Branches link back over encrypted tunnels, keep working locally if the internet drops, and we can fix most faults remotely.

Why it matters

A fault at a branch is invisible until someone rings.

With every office on a different setup, head office only hears about a branch problem when staff there call in, and fixing it means sending someone.

UniFi Site Manager shows every location, its internet link and its devices on one screen. Each site keeps running locally if its internet drops, and most faults can be fixed remotely.

Multi-site questions

Can UniFi manage multiple office locations?

Yes. Every UniFi site appears in UniFi Site Manager, so head office and each branch are monitored from one dashboard. Each site keeps its own gateway, so a fault or internet outage at one location does not take down the others.

How do branches connect to head office on UniFi?

Branch gateways link back to a main site over encrypted tunnels, set up from one screen, with backup tunnels if one fails. Ubiquiti supports up to 1,000 sites in this setup. We design which sites can reach which, and document it.

What you get

Every site, same rules, one view.

One dashboard

Health, internet links and devices for every location in one place, so a branch fault is as visible as one at head office.

Secure site links

Encrypted tunnels between sites, with failover, so shared systems stay reachable.

Local when offline

Each site keeps running its network, cameras and doors locally during an internet outage.

The hardware

What goes in at each site.

See it in action

Multi-site in the app.

Every site on one screen

Site Manager shows the health of every location, its internet link and its devices, so a fault at a branch is as visible as one at head office.

Every site, one dashboard

Each office runs its own UniFi gateway, and all of them are managed together in UniFi Site Manager.

Every branch on one secure network

Branch sites link back to head office over encrypted tunnels, with backup tunnels if one fails. Enterprise-class UniFi gateways support up to 1,000 branch tunnels per hub.

Keeps running if the internet drops

Each site has its own UniFi console, so cameras and doors keep working locally during an internet outage.

Buy once, no licence fees

Hardware is a one-time purchase at every site, with no recurring software licences.

Why it holds up

Hardware, support and cover behind every install.

Built not to fall over

Business-grade UniFi hardware supports backup internet links, spare power supplies and fans that can be swapped while it runs, so one failed part does not take the site down.

Ubiquiti behind our engineers

Ubiquiti offers paid 24/7 phone support plans for UniFi, so hard hardware problems can be escalated to the people who make it.

Up to five years of hardware cover

Ubiquiti's UI Care plans cover hardware for up to five years, with replacements shipped before the faulty unit goes back.

How it works

Priced before anything is installed.

  1. 01

    Survey

We walk the site, or work from floor plans, and plan where access points, cameras and readers should go.

  2. 02

    Quote

A fixed-price proposal with every device and cable run listed, before you commit.

  3. 03

    Install

Cabled, configured and tested, then handed over with a short walk-through of the app.

  4. 04

    Look after it

Alerts come to our engineers, firmware is updated on a schedule and settings are backed up. Most faults are fixed remotely, and Brisbane-based engineers attend when needed.

Common questions

The questions we get asked the most.

Can you take over branches someone else installed?
Yes. We review each site, tidy and document it, then bring it into one managed setup. Where gear is out of support, we tell you and price the replacement.
Do you install outside Brisbane?
Yes. We have people and partners for installs in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Albury, and support UniFi sites remotely anywhere in Australia.

Next step

Running more than one site?

List your locations and an engineer will plan how they fit together.
