Password management

Your passwords are in a spreadsheet. So is your risk.

Shared logins in a spreadsheet, the same password on every site, the bank login on a sticky note. When one of those leaks, an attacker walks straight in.

We set up Keeper for your whole team, move everyone's passwords into it and look after it from then on.

What changes

What is different once your team is on it.

Every login is unique and strong

Keeper creates and fills passwords for staff, so nobody reuses the same one across work and personal sites.

Shared logins stop living in a spreadsheet

The bank, the Wi-Fi, the socials: each sits in a shared folder that only the right people can open. Staff can use a login without ever seeing the password.

Staff sign in once

Keeper connects to your Microsoft 365 or Google sign-in, so there is no extra master password to forget.

Leavers take nothing with them

When someone leaves and we switch off their work account, their vault access goes with it. Shared logins stay with the business.

You hear when a password leaks

Keeper watches for staff credentials turning up in known breaches. When one does, we help that person change it.

What happens

We do the set-up and the upkeep.

  1. 01

    Set up

We connect Keeper to your sign-in system and create folders for each team.

  2. 02

    Move in

We help staff pull passwords out of browsers, spreadsheets and notebooks into their vault.

  3. 03

    Look after it

We add and remove people as staff change, fix access problems and review the reports with you.

Common questions

The questions we get asked the most.

Why does a business need a password manager?
Reused and stolen passwords are one of the most common ways attackers get into business accounts. A password manager gives every login its own strong password and lets you share logins safely and take them back when someone leaves.
Which tool do you use?
Keeper, a business password manager. It encrypts each vault on the device before anything is stored, so neither Keeper nor Real Bytes can read your passwords.
How is this different from saving passwords in Chrome or Edge?
Browser-saved passwords are a common target for password-stealing malware, and the business has no control over them. There is no shared access, no way to take access back when someone leaves and no record of who used what.
What if someone forgets their password?
When Keeper is connected to Microsoft 365 or Google, staff sign in with their normal work login. If they get locked out, we recover their access.
Does this help with the Essential Eight and SMB1001?
Yes. Both expect unique passwords and multi-factor authentication. A managed password manager is one of the simplest ways to show an auditor or insurer you meet that.
What does it cost?
It is charged per user per month. See our pricing page for how it fits with each Real Bytes plan.
Do you work outside Brisbane?
Yes. Everything is set up and supported remotely, so a business anywhere in Australia gets the same service.
