AI & Automation

AI and automation for ERP and CRM

We connect Dynamics 365 Business Central, your CRM and the Power Platform so data flows, manual work disappears, and your people get on with the work that matters.

Real integrations, real automation, built and supported by engineers who know the Microsoft stack. No black boxes, no Copilot for the sake of it, and you keep ownership of everything we build.

What we do

ERP and CRM automation that actually fits your business.

Most ERP and CRM setups leak time. Orders rekeyed between systems, approvals chased by email, reports built by hand each month. We close those gaps with automation and integration built on the Microsoft stack, and we keep it simple enough for your team to run.

Business Central automation

We automate the manual work around Dynamics 365 Business Central, from purchase approvals and supplier onboarding to invoicing and bank reconciliation. Power Automate flows do the repetitive lifting, and your people handle the exceptions.

ERP and CRM integration

We connect your ERP and CRM so customer, sales and finance data flows one way instead of being rekeyed. Business Central to Dynamics 365 Sales, HubSpot, Salesforce or your industry CRM, with a single source of truth behind it.

Power Platform custom apps

Where Business Central and your CRM do not quite fit, we build lean Power Apps on top of Dataverse. Purpose-built screens for the job, mobile friendly, and connected to the systems your staff already use.

Dataverse as your data layer

We stand up Dataverse as the shared data layer between your ERP, CRM and reporting. Relationships, validation and security live in one place, so automations and apps read clean data instead of spreadsheets.

Power Automate workflows

We design and build the flows that move work between systems and people. Approvals, notifications, document generation, data sync. Triggered where the work actually happens, with proper error handling so failures surface early.

Copilot where it earns its keep

We put Copilot to work inside Business Central, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 where it genuinely saves time. Sales summaries, cash flow explanations, document drafting and reconciliation help. Not Copilot for the sake of it.

Power BI and reporting

We replace manual reports with live Power BI dashboards fed from Business Central, Dataverse and your CRM. Finance, sales pipeline and operations in one view, refreshed automatically, with row-level security so people only see what they should.

Ongoing support and tuning

Automations break when the business changes. We look after the flows, apps and integrations we build, fix what breaks, and tune them as your processes evolve. One team who knows the whole stack, not a dozen disconnected consultants.

How it works

Four steps, and you stay in control.

No big-bang transformation. We start with the work that wastes the most time, design the fix, build it properly, and then keep it running.

01

We map the work

We sit with your finance, sales and ops teams and map the manual processes, rekeying and workarounds eating time. We rank them by effort saved and risk reduced.

02

We design the flow

We sketch the integration or automation before we build it, showing what connects where, what data moves, and where the people stay in the loop. You sign off on the design.

03

We build and test

We build the Power Automate flows, Power Apps and integrations in a controlled environment, test them against real data, and hand over documentation your team can actually read.

04

We support and tune

We go live, watch the first real runs, and fix what surfaces. Then we stay on for support and tuning as your business and systems change.

The stack

Built on the Microsoft stack you already own.

We work inside your Microsoft tenant, so there is no new vendor to wrangle and no data shipped off to a platform you cannot audit.

Why it matters

Disconnected systems cost more than the licence fees.

  • Rekeying is invisible cost

Every order typed into two systems is time and errors. Integration removes it once, properly, instead of working around it forever.

  • Manual reports go stale

A monthly report built by hand is already out of date when it lands. Live dashboards from Business Central and Dataverse stay current.

  • Approvals slip through cracks

Email-based approvals get lost. Power Automate routes them, escalates them, and leaves an audit trail.

  • AI only helps on clean data

Copilot on top of a mess just makes a faster mess. We sort the data and flows first, then add AI where it earns its keep.

Common questions

The questions we get asked the most.

Do we need to be on Business Central already?
No. If you are moving to Business Central from another accounting or ERP system, we can set up the automation and integration as part of the move so you land on a connected stack, not a fresh silo.
Can you connect Business Central to our existing CRM?
In most cases yes. We connect Business Central to Dynamics 365 Sales, HubSpot, Salesforce and other CRMs using the Microsoft connectors, Dataverse, or a tailored API integration where the off-the-shelf connector is not enough.
What is Dataverse and do we actually need it?
Dataverse is the database that sits under Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. We use it as a shared data layer when your ERP, CRM and apps need to read and write the same records. You do not always need it, and we will tell you straight when a lighter option does the job.
Is this just Power Automate with a fancy label?
No. Power Automate is one tool we use. The real value is in designing the integration and data flow properly, building apps where the platforms do not fit, and supporting the lot so it keeps working as the business changes.
Who owns the work once it is built?
You do. Everything we build lives in your Microsoft tenant. We hand over documentation and can hand over support to your team, or we can stay on to maintain and tune it. Your call.
What does it cost?
It depends on the systems involved and how much custom build you need versus configuration. After the discovery step we give you a fixed scope and price before any build starts, so you decide what goes ahead.
