why we exist

You run the business. We make sure the technology keeps up.

Real Bytes is a Brisbane based managed IT and cyber security provider for Australian businesses. We look after IT support, cyber security, SMB1001 certification and AI for clients Australia wide, with engineers in Brisbane and Melbourne.

Most businesses come to us tired of chasing their IT provider. Calls go to a queue, problems bounce between tickets, and advice seems to lead back to a sale. Meanwhile staff lose time and nobody can say for sure the business is protected.

We fix that with one team of senior engineers serving businesses across Australia, from Brisbane and Melbourne. They learn how your business works, own the outcome, and explain it in plain English. No offshore call centres, no handballing.
