You run the business. We run your IT, for one flat fee.
When something breaks, you call us and we fix it, as often as you need, without an hourly bill. Your email, files, website, domain, backups and security are all set up and looked after by us.

Running the business is your job. Running the IT shouldn't be.
When you're a one-person business, you're the CEO, the sales team and the accounts department. The last thing you need is to also be the IT department, juggling a dozen logins, wondering if your backup actually works and hoping nobody clicks the wrong link.
RealBytes One replaces all of that with one plan, one invoice and one number to call. Support, security, software, backups and compliance, all handled.
- A software subscription on one credit card, hosting on another
- A domain renewal that sneaks up on you every year
- An antivirus you're not sure is even doing anything
- A backup you set up once and have never tested
- No security training for staff because nobody has the time
- Googling error messages at 9pm when something breaks
- Hourly IT bills that punish you for asking for help
- One plan, one invoice, one number to call. That's the whole idea.
- Free SMB1001 Silver certification
Limited time. We guide you through SMB1001 Silver certification at no extra cost. We handle the evidence, the controls and the audit prep. Conditions apply: assessment and certification fees covered by Real Bytes for the first 12 months on a RealBytes One plan. Offer may be withdrawn at any time.
- Half price while you grow
Your seat stays $450 + GST for as long as it is just you. Add staff and extra users come in at half the standard rate, from $175 + GST per user, for the first 6 months or 5 users, then the account settles onto Ultimate at $350 to $500 + GST per user. One-off $250 + GST setup fee per new starter.
Need more? We can add it.
The plan covers the essentials. Anything extra bolts on and is quoted up front, so the monthly figure stays predictable.
- Email security gateway (advanced spam and phishing filtering)
- Managed email signatures (brand-consistent, centralised)
- AI security (AI assistant governance, shadow AI controls)
- Extra cloud storage or mailbox archives
- Dedicated backup for local files and servers
- Website care plans and content updates
- On-site visits and after-hours support
Why flat fee matters
- Predictable
The same invoice every month. Budget your IT like you budget your rent.
- No hesitation
When support is unlimited, you call us the moment something's off, instead of putting up with a slow laptop for six months.
- Aligned incentives
We don't make more money when things break. We make money when your IT just works, so it's in our interest to keep it that way.
Everything a one-person business needs. Nothing it doesn't.
All of it is in the one price. Bought separately, this stack would cost you well over $1,000 a month, before you have paid for a single hour of support.
- Unlimited IT support. Call, email or message us as often as you need. Remote support during business hours with no per-ticket or hourly charges.
- Managed productivity suite. A licensed business productivity and collaboration suite: email, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, chat and meetings, 1TB of file storage and an intranet, plus device management and identity security.
- Managed endpoint protection (EDR). Enterprise-grade endpoint detection and response for your device, licensed with your suite and configured properly by us.
- 24/7 managed detection and response (MDR). A real Security Operations Centre watching your device around the clock. If something malicious gets in, humans detect it, isolate it and kick it out.
- Managed identity threat detection and response (ITDR). 24/7 protection for your cloud identity. Detects stolen logins, dodgy inbox rules and session hijacks before your email gets used against you or your clients.
- DMARC, SPF and DKIM management. We set up and monitor your email authentication so your emails land in inboxes, not junk folders, and scammers can't send email pretending to be you.
- Basic website + hosting + SSL. A simple, professional brochure-style website built and hosted for you, plus your SSL certificate kept current. Australian-hosted for speed and support, backed up regularly, and kept up to date so you are not paying a separate web developer just to keep the lights on.
- Domain renewal. Your business domain renewed every year, on us. No more surprise renewal emails or accidentally letting your domain lapse.
- Compliance management platform. Automated compliance tracking, policy management and evidence collection. Keeps your security and compliance documentation audit-ready without the spreadsheet nightmare.
- Managed password manager. Enterprise-grade password manager for your business. Secure vault, password sharing, breach monitoring and dark web alerts, all managed by us.
- Remote monitoring and management (RMM). Remote monitoring and management of your device. Automated patching, uptime monitoring, remote access for support, and proactive alerting before things go wrong.
- Security awareness training. Ongoing phishing simulations and short, practical security training modules. Builds a human firewall and ticks the training box for compliance frameworks like SMB1001 and Essential Eight.
- Zero trust network access (ZTNA). Remote access without the risks of a VPN. Every connection is verified on its own instead of trusting anything already inside the network, so you work from anywhere without opening a tunnel into everything.
- Application whitelisting and DLP. Only approved software runs on your device, and client data cannot quietly leave the business. Rogue installs are blocked by default. This is the application control evidence auditors and insurers accept.
- Immutable cloud backup. Your cloud productivity data backed up automatically. If you ever lose an email, a file or a whole mailbox, we can get it back. Just keep your files in your managed cloud storage so they're covered.
The honest fine print
We would rather you read this before you sign than be surprised after.
- One user, your business.
The plan covers one person and up to two business devices (a laptop and a desktop, for example), plus your phone for email and the cloud suite. For as long as you are a one-person business, you stay on One at $450 + GST a month. Need to add staff? Extra users join on the Ultimate plan at half the standard per-user rate, from $175 to $250 + GST per user, for the first 6 months, or until you've added 5 users, whichever comes first. That discount exists to support you through hiring. Once the window closes, your account moves onto Ultimate at the standard $350 to $500 + GST per user effective rate and One is retired. There's also a one-off $250 + GST setup fee per new starter to cover onboarding, device setup and security configuration.
- Unlimited means unlimited support, not unlimited projects.
Day-to-day help, fixes, questions and maintenance are all included. Bigger one-off jobs like office relocations, new website builds, data migrations or setting up a whole new system are quoted separately, always before we start.
- Business hours, remote first.
Unlimited support is delivered remotely, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm AEST. After-hours, on-site and 24/7 support are available when you need them, at our standard rates or as part of an agreed uplift.
- Backups are included and tested.
Cloud backup covers your device and your cloud productivity data (email, personal cloud storage, intranet sites). Backups are immutable, so ransomware can't touch them, and we run test restores so we know they work before you need them.
- Security training is ongoing.
Security awareness training runs year-round. Short modules and simulated phishing emails keep you sharp and give you the evidence you need for SMB1001, Essential Eight and cyber insurance applications.
- Fair use applies.
If usage patterns look like more than one person is using the plan, we'll have a friendly chat about the right plan for you.
- Standard hosting and domain.
Includes hosting for one standard business website and renewal of one standard domain (such as .com.au or .com). High-traffic sites, online stores or premium domains may need an upgraded plan.
- Hardware is not included.
We'll recommend, source and set up hardware for you, but the gear itself is billed at cost plus our standard margin. No mark-up surprises.
- Third-party software beyond the stack.
Licences for software outside the included list, such as accounting, creative or industry-specific apps, stay on your account. We'll still help you use them day to day.
- 3-month minimum, then month to month.
Cancel any time after that with 30 days' notice. Your data, domain and cloud tenancy are yours and leave with you.

Is it really unlimited support?
Yes, for day-to-day IT support delivered remotely during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm AEST). Call as often as you need to. After-hours and 24/7 support is available when you need it. What it does not cover is project work (new builds, migrations, relocations), which we quote separately and always up front. Fair use applies, meaning the plan is for one person, not shared across a team.
What happens if I get hacked?
Your computer and your email login are watched for attacks day and night. If either is broken into, a person on the security team is alerted straight away, the threat is isolated, and we handle the cleanup as part of your plan. Your backups are there as a safety net if a clean restore is the fastest path back.
What about backups? Are they really included?
Yes. We back up your cloud productivity data (email, intranet sites and personal cloud storage) through a managed immutable cloud backup service. The important thing to know is that only data stored in the cloud suite is covered. If you save files to your local desktop only, they won't be backed up. Keep your files in your managed cloud storage and they're protected. Backups are immutable, so ransomware can't encrypt or delete them, and we run test restores so we know they work before you need them.
Does this include security awareness training?
It does. Security awareness training runs year-round, with short practical modules and simulated phishing emails sent to your inbox. It builds good habits and gives you the training records you need for SMB1001, Essential Eight and most cyber insurance applications.
I already have a productivity suite. Can you take it over?
Yes. We migrate your existing cloud tenancy into the plan with no data loss and no email downtime. Your existing subscription cost disappears into the flat fee.
I already have a website and domain somewhere else.
We'll move your hosting and domain across as part of onboarding, at no extra cost. If you'd rather leave them where they are, that's fine too, but they're included in the price either way.
What if I hire someone?
Good problem to have. Nothing changes while it is just you: you stay on One at $450 + GST a month for as long as you are a one-person business. Once you hire, extra users join on the Ultimate plan at half the standard per-user rate, from $175 to $250 + GST per user, for the first 6 months, or until you've added 5 users, whichever comes first. It is a discount to help one-person businesses through the hiring stage, not a permanent rate. Once that window closes your account sits on Ultimate at the standard $350 to $500 + GST per user effective rate. There's also a one-off $250 + GST setup fee per new starter. Same unlimited support, same full security stack, no contract renegotiation.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. There's a 3-month minimum so we can onboard you properly, then it's month to month with 30 days' notice. Your data, domain and cloud tenancy are yours and leave with you.
What's the catch?
There isn't one, but there is fine print, and we've published all of it on this page. One user, remote support during business hours (8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday), after-hours and 24/7 available when you need it, fair use applies, projects quoted separately. That's the whole catch.
Is $450 a month actually good value?
Add up what you pay now: your email and office software, antivirus, backup, a password manager, website hosting, your domain and every IT callout. Buying those separately means a dozen bills and nobody watching for attacks. One puts all of it, plus unlimited help, on a single fixed invoice.
