What's included

Four ways to get support, one team behind it.

Help desk, onsite, remote and cloud. You use the channel that suits the problem, and the same engineers handle it every time.

IT help desk

Australian-based engineers who already know your setup. Log a ticket by phone, email, portal or chat and get a response in minutes, not days.

Onsite IT support

When a problem needs hands on it, an engineer comes to you. Same faces, week to week, across Brisbane and our service areas.

Remote IT support

Most issues are sorted remotely and quietly. Secure screen sharing means your team is back to work before it becomes a disruption.

Cloud IT support

Support for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure and your cloud apps. We look after the cloud layer the same way we look after your devices.

Support plans that fit

Pay as you go, a monthly allowance, or unlimited L1 to L3 support. Pick the model that matches how your team actually works.

One team, every ticket

You deal with the same engineers and account lead. No call centre handoffs, no re-explaining your environment each time.

Flex

Pay as you go support, no lock-in contract.

Advantage

A monthly support allowance at a discounted hourly rate.

Ultimate

Unlimited L1 to L3 support, all you can eat.

Australian based engineers. No lock-in contracts. Same team, every ticket.
Common questions

The questions we get asked the most.

What is the difference between onsite, remote and cloud IT support?
Remote support fixes most issues over a secure connection without anyone leaving their desk. Onsite support sends an engineer to your office for things that need physical hands, like a failed server or new network gear. Cloud support covers your Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure and other cloud platforms. Most businesses use all three.
How fast do you respond to support tickets?
Critical tickets get a same-day response and our managed clients see average first response under 15 minutes during business hours. After hours, our managed security and monitoring picks up critical alerts so someone is already on it before you hear about it.
Do you offer pay as you go support or only contracts?
Both. Flex is pay as you go with no lock-in, Advantage is a monthly support allowance at a discounted rate, and Ultimate is unlimited L1 to L3 support. You can start on Flex and move up when it makes sense.
Do you provide business IT support outside Brisbane, in places like Cairns, Townsville, Mareeba, Hobart or Adelaide?
Yes. Most support is delivered remotely by the same Australian engineers, so a business in Cairns, Townsville, Mareeba, Hobart or Adelaide gets the same help desk and response as one in Brisbane. On-site visits are covered across South East Queensland and arranged through our regional delivery partners elsewhere.
What is the difference between business IT support and corporate IT support?
In practice, scale and governance. Business IT support covers the help desk, devices and Microsoft 365 for a small to medium team. Corporate IT support adds formal change control, documented SLAs, security reporting and coordination with an internal IT team. We deliver both, and co-managed IT is the usual fit for larger organisations.
Do you support not-for-profits and construction businesses?
Yes. Not-for-profits get the same engineers with an eye on grant-funded budgets and donor data obligations, and we help with Microsoft nonprofit licensing. Construction businesses need reliable site connectivity, mobile device management and protection against progress claim fraud, all of which sit inside the standard support engagement.
Can you support a mix of office and remote staff?
Yes. Most of our clients have people in the office, working from home, and on the road. We manage devices, identity and access the same way regardless of where people sit, using Intune, conditional access and secure remote tools.
