Internet and phones
When the internet or phones drop, we chase the carrier, not you.
When the internet goes down, everything stops. Then someone spends the afternoon on hold to a carrier, and the contract signed years ago keeps rolling on.
We set up internet with a backup, put your phones in the cloud, and own every fault until it is fixed.
What changes
Internet and phones you do not have to think about.
The internet drops, work carries on
A second connection, often 4G or 5G, takes over automatically. We chase the carrier on the main line until it is fixed.
Phones that work from anywhere
Your business numbers ring on a desk phone, a laptop or a mobile app, in the office or at home. Your existing numbers come with you.
Calling inside Microsoft Teams
If your team already lives in Teams, we set it up so they make and take normal phone calls from it.
One number to call
When something stops, you call us. We work out whether it is the carrier, the router or the phone system and chase whoever owns it.
Contracts that get checked
We review your plans so you are not paying for an old speed tier or a service nobody uses, and bring you a better option when one appears.
What happens
Four steps, and you approve the plan.
- 01
Look at each site
What is installed, what the contracts say, and how your staff actually use the internet and phones.
- 02
Get real quotes
We take your needs to the carriers that suit each location and get proper quotes.
- 03
You decide
A plan per site with costs in plain English. Nothing goes ahead without your yes.
- 04
We run it
Installation, moving your numbers, and support from then on.
Why it matters
Old backup setups stop working quietly.
3G
networks have been switched off by Telstra, Optus and Vodafone. Backup internet devices, alarms and EFTPOS terminals that relied on 3G stopped working, often without anyone noticing until they were needed.

Desk phones you own
Prefer hardware phones on your own network?
We also install UniFi Talk desk phones, managed in the same app as your UniFi network, cameras and door intercoms.
See UniFi business phonesThe questions we get asked the most.
- What is a hosted phone system?
- Your phone system runs in the cloud instead of on a box in a cupboard. You only need handsets or an app and an internet connection, it works from anywhere, and adding or removing a person takes minutes.
- Can we keep our phone numbers?
- Yes. We move your existing numbers across to the new service and plan the switch so calls keep coming in.
- Which carriers do you use?
- Whoever suits each site. We often use Switch Telecom and UPTi, and also work with Telstra, Optus, Aussie Broadband, Vocus and local fixed wireless providers for regional sites.
- Do you sell the plans yourselves?
- No. We are not a phone company. The carriers run the networks, and we manage them for you so you are not on hold to a call centre.
- Do you work outside Brisbane?
- Yes. We manage internet and phones for businesses anywhere in Australia, with people and partners in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Albury for installs.
