IT support

Something has stopped working and your team has stopped with it.

Call us and an engineer who already knows your setup picks it up. We fix it remotely or come to you, and it stays with us until it is fixed.

What happens when you call

One team, from first call to fixed.

  1. 01

You tell us, however suits you

Call 07 3114 2808, email helpdesk@realbytes.com.au, or log it in the portal. You do not need to know what is wrong, just what has stopped working.

  2. 02

An engineer who knows your setup picks it up

The same Brisbane-based engineers look after you every time, so nobody asks you to explain your office from scratch.

  3. 03

We fix it remotely, or come to you

Most problems are sorted over a secure connection while your staff keep working. If it needs hands on it, an engineer comes to your office.

  4. 04

We own it until it is fixed

When something breaks, it stays with us until it works again, and we tell you what happened and what we did.

Common questions

What people ask before they call.

What is the difference between onsite, remote and cloud IT support?
Remote support means an engineer fixes the problem over a secure connection, so nobody leaves their desk. Onsite support means an engineer comes to your office for things that need hands, like new network gear or a failed computer. Cloud support covers email, files and apps that live online, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Most businesses need all three, and you get all three from the same team.
Do you offer pay as you go support or only contracts?
Both. Flex is pay as you go, Advantage is a monthly support allowance at a discounted rate, and Ultimate is unlimited L1 to L3 support. You can start on Flex and move up when it makes sense. The Pricing page shows what each plan includes, so you can see what you will pay before you talk to us.
Do you support businesses outside Brisbane?
Yes. Most support happens remotely, so a business in Cairns, Townsville, Hobart or Adelaide deals with the same engineers and the same help desk as one in Brisbane. On-site visits are covered across South East Queensland. If you are further away and need someone on site, ask us and we will tell you plainly what we can arrange.
Can you support a mix of office and remote staff?
Yes. Most of our clients have people in the office, at home and on the road. We look after their laptops, phones and sign-ins the same way wherever they are working, so a staff member at home gets the same help as one at their desk, and a lost laptop can be locked before anyone gets into it.

Tell us what keeps breaking.

A short call with an engineer about how your team works and what is slowing them down. You leave knowing which plan fits and what it costs.
