Important: By approving a Quote, entering into this Agreement or purchasing Goods or Services from Real Bytes Pty Ltd, you accept these Terms. Service-specific clauses (onboarding, offboarding, monitoring, patching, backup, hosted services, data retention, service levels) apply only where the relevant feature is included in your Quote or otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend obtaining independent legal advice if you have any questions.
