Real environments. Real engineers. Across Australia.
This map shows the kinds of sites we look after every day: aged care campuses, mining services yards, utility operators, construction projects, allied health practices and remote operations. Filter by discipline to see how we operate, then read the ledger below for the detail behind each environment.
Site locations represent anonymised archetypes of the environments we actively support. Specific clients are not identified.
One operations team. Many environments. Predictable rhythms across all of them.
Every site on the map is supported by the same Brisbane-based operations team. We don't hand environments off between disconnected tiers or rotate engineers in and out of unfamiliar tenants. When something happens at a site at 2am, the on-call engineer already knows the network, the people and the change history.
Our delivery model is structured around six disciplines, remote monitoring, field engineering, compliance, network and OT, cyber response, and cloud and workplace. Not every site needs all six, and the toggles above show which disciplines are active where. The point is that the disciplines are consistent: a clinical software cutover in Cairns, a fibre fault in Mackay, and an identity uplift in Sydney all flow through the same engineering practice.
That consistency is what makes the difference for clients in regulated or operationally critical environments. Audit evidence is captured the same way every time. Changes are reviewed before they go in. Incidents follow a defined playbook. There is no improvisation under pressure.
- 01Discovery
Walk the site, document the network and systems, agree the operating baseline. No assumptions, no shortcuts.
- 02Onboarding
Bring the environment into our monitoring, patching and identity controls without disrupting business hours.
- 03Steady state
Day-to-day operations, proactive maintenance, monthly service reviews and quarterly improvement work.
- 04Change & uplift

- 05Renewal & review
Annual review of the environment, technology choices, vendor contracts and the operating commitment itself.

If your environment looks like one of these, or doesn't: we'd like to hear about it.
Most of the conversations we have don't start with a sales pitch. They start with someone describing what's frustrating about their current setup. Whether you're running a single Brisbane office, a regional construction project, or sites across multiple states, the first step is the same: a practical look at what's in place, what's working, and what genuinely needs attention.
Brisbane HQ, with field engineers and partners across every Australian capital and key regional centres. Same operating standards everywhere.
Business hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm AEST. On-call cover for managed clients outside hours. Helpdesk and NOC staffed locally, no offshore call centres.
